Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from it said to use cold, baked potatoes. it said to use cold, baked potatoes. i wasnt sure if they meant to pre-bake the potatoes, and then chill before using-which is what i did. they were a little dry. aside from that, the taste was a little funky. i dont know if it was the garlic with the dressing-i have made another recipe for catalina chicken and it tasted alot better than the potatoes did-or the overcooked spuds, but im gonna try again, this time no prebaking!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I liked this recipe. I liked this recipe. I was a bit confused when it asked for 3 baked cold potatoes. I baked 3 for an hour on 500 degrees and then let cooled (and threw them into the freezer to speed up the process). Don't worry about breakage, it all comes out superb in the end. I recommend this to anyone who loves French fries, but feels guilty about the amount of fat in them. This recipe is fat free and delicious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I started with raw potatoes, cut into spears. I started with raw potatoes, cut into spears. I baked them for 30 minutes without the dressing or seasonings on them. I let them cool just enough that I could handle them, then coated them with the dressing and spices and baked 30 minutes more. They were perfect. I got them evenly coated with the dressing by putting the potatoes and dressing in a Tupperware container with a lid and shaking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this recipe yesterday. Made this recipe yesterday. My 15 y/o son & I devoured them. This is the best recipe for baked fries. Garlic is great on them & the dressing made it taste like ketchup was baked onto the fries. Will be sure to bring home uneaten baked potatoes when dining out. Great way to use them. THANKS KRAFT.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We have a different version that we love to make. We have a different version that we love to make. It uses olive oil, rosemary and/or whatever other spices, a touch of salt and garlic. We bake the raw ones for 30, then increase the temp to 400, put in some salmon or halibut while the spuds brown. It does work on the grill too!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My family didn't like this one at all. My family didn't like this one at all. The flavor was okay, but we couldn't get the spears to cook they were still hard. They never got crispy!!!!! My baking sheet was an awful mess because of the dressing. The clean up was not worth it

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was so disappointed. I was so disappointed. They smelled amazing while they were cooking, but the dressing really stuck to the greased pan. The flavor wasn't nearly as good as the smell. They were actually a little bland.
