What You Need

2
Tbsp.  KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
2
Tbsp. lite soy sauce, divided
1/2
lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin slices
1/2
cup  KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
1
tsp. minced gingerroot
1
clove garlic, minced
1
cup  small broccoli florets
1
small carrot, cut into thin slices
1/2
 each red and yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
1
cup snow peas
1
cup  bean sprouts

Make It

HEAT 2 Tbsp. dressing and 1 Tbsp. soy sauce in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 min. or until done. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD all remaining ingredients except bean sprouts to skillet; stir-fry 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

STIR in chicken and bean sprouts; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until heated through.
