Shortcut

For a quick alternative to the cooked fresh chicken, use chopped chicken from a rotisserie chicken purchased at your local supermarket. Add to pizza along with the cooked vegetables and cheese before baking as directed.

    Teriffic! Followed the recipe exactly, followed the shortcut and used leftover rotisserie chicken which made it really quick and easy. Loved it! Definitely Will make again, but will decrease the amount of green pepper and increase the amount of onion just as personal preference.
