Research suggests that people who eat breakfast are less likely to overeat later in the day. Breakfast is also a great time to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet.
The burritos can be assembled ahead of time. Wrap individually in heavy-duty foil or double layer of regular foil, then place in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, heat grill to medium heat. Place unwrapped burritos in single layer in disposable foil pan; cover with additional foil. Place pan on grill grate; grill 30 min. or just until burritos are heated through.
Serve with a hot cup of brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee or a cold glass of milk.
This also makes a great recipe to cook over a campfire. Place the wrapped burritos next to the hot coals, then cook 10 to 15 min. or until heated through, turning frequently with long tongs.
