I have a question. If you prebake the crust for 15 minutes. Do you still do the 15 minutes at 400F before reducing heat to 350F and baking about 30 minutes or until center is set?
I made this quiche today for lunch. While delicious and very savory, I think next time I will leave off the tomatoes. I also could have done with more eggs and a little less milk. I even added a 5th egg and still felt like it could use more. I loved the Swiss cheese on the bottom. I believe I will add more next time. Great recipe! Will definitely try again soon!
