What You Need

slices  OSCAR MAYER Butcher Thick Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon

tsp.  dried rosemary leaves
1/4
cup  packed brown sugar

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

PLACE wire rack on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet. Arrange bacon slices in single layer on rack.

TOP with rosemary; sprinkle with sugar.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until sugar is bubbly and bacon is crisp. Cool 5 min.; transfer to paper towels to drain.

Substitute ground ginger for the rosemary.
