  • Place carrots in large saucepan. Add enough water to fill pan to 1-inch depth. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer 7 to 8 min. or until carrots are crisp-tender; drain in colander.
  • Melt butter in same saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; mix well. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until sugar is dissolved and sauce is heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Return carrots to pan; stir. Cook 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with parsley.
