What You Need

1/4

cup butter

cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

drops yellow food coloring

drops red food coloring

cups crisp rice cereal

cups candy corn

Make It

MICROWAVE butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring in food colorings after 45 sec.

ADD cereal and candy corn; mix well. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

COOL completely before cutting into bars. Cut each bar diagonally in half.

Use Your Stove

Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add marshmallows; cook until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; continue as directed.

How to Press Cereal Mixture into Pan

Use waxed paper to press marshmallow mixture into prepared pan.

How to Store

Store in airtight container at room temperature.

this was very good, but i must say it was extremely sweet. even my daughter said it hurt her teeth. will probably add less candy corn next time we make it, all together it came out great. :)

These were a hit at my Halloween Party. I did however, omit the food coloring and added 1tsp of Vanilla and sprinkle a pinch of sugar on top after it was done. These were so good, that I had to make a second batch the next day because there were no left overs...

Loved this! So quick easy and cheap to make! i don't know how many candy corn is 2 cups so I just used 1 bags of brach. You can definetly taste the candy corn in the crispy squares. If you like how candy corn tastes, then this is the recipe for you. I also added additional drops of red and yellow dye to make the crispy squares even more orange in color. Will make this again next Halloween for sure.

Kids loved it! I just had a cup and a half of candy corn on hand. Still pretty good!

I made these today for me and my kids, the kids loved them. They are really easy to make and I may make another batch to take to work. I sprayed my hands with non-stick spray before pressing these into the pan so it didn't stick to my hands.

Our family really enjoyed these but it was pretty sweet. When I make it again I will not use as many candy corn as the recipe calls for.

I saw this in the magazine and just HAD to make it for a family party. It was an easy way to spice up this simple recipe. It was a hit with kids & adults alike!
