  • Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over long sides of pan. Mix Crust Mix, butter, 2 Tbsp. of the flavored instant coffee and sugar with fork in medium bowl until crumbs are evenly moistened. Press 1/2 cup crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared pan; reserve remaining crumb mixture for later use.
  • Beat milk, Filling Mix and remaining flavored instant coffee in medium bowl with mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 min. (Filling will be thick.) Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Spoon 1/3 of the COOL WHIP mixture over crust in pan; sprinkle with 1/3 of the reserved crumb mixture. Repeat layers twice; cover.
  • Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan. Let stand at room temperature 10 min. to soften slightly before slicing to serve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I found the directions to be a little confusing. I found the directions to be a little confusing. It said to use 2tbsp. of the coffeee twice although the recipe called for 1/4 cup. I did use the whole 1/4 cup to give it more flavor. I added grated pieces of hershey bar in betweeen the layers and on top. I also found the loaf pan size called for too small so I made it in a big cake pan. It is very good despite some direction discrepencies.

I made this once a long time ago and of course I cannot get it out of my head. I always think back to it so i finally did some searching found the recipe again. Will definitely be making this again soon.

The coffee flavor is subtle, so even someone that isn't a coffee drinker would like this dessert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This cheesecake is deelicious! This cheesecake is deelicious! Very easy to make as well. Only thing is, it doesn't make enough crust, which is like the best part. But this is a family favorite.. So I definitely recommend it :P
