Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HELP. HELP. I followed this to the letter--3 successive days (each was a messy failure). It was the same each time--watery brown milk. Read the recipe, as it says to whisk it-not use a mixer (don't believe that would make a difference). Maybe there's a misprint. I wanted it to turn out like the photo but it turned out like a bowl of milk/coffee and vanilla jello (after hours of refrigeration). ????? What happened? Anyone?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a great way to end a meal and feel like you splurged! What a great way to end a meal and feel like you splurged! My husband and I like a little more cinnamon, so rather than put the cinnamon in the whipped topping, I spoon the whipped topping onto the "Cappuccino" and then dust with cinnamon. For entertaining, this looks beautiful in a clear coffee cup with the cinnamon dusting. The best part is...people are stunned when they find out they're eating "healthy"!

I needed a quick and easy dessert for a Christmas potluck dinner so I got the six serving of vanilla pudding, added an extra cup of milk and tsp of coffee plus a 1/2 cup of Cool Whip (to add a little volume.) I used white Dixie cups to make individual serving sizes. The pudding had a wonderful coffee taste, looked great on a party tray. Everyone enjoyed the little sampling.

I sprinkled some chopped chocolate & white chocolate covered coffee beans on top of the cool whip. YUMMY! Gave it a little crunch and added some chocolate flavor as well. Some may like this idea or not, but since I am a coffee lover, just thought I would kick it up a notch and it was a big hit.

I have also made it Moca Java by using Chocolate fat free/sugar free pudding and I prefer it with Decaf coffee granuals. My wife loves it and so do I. I am diabetic and sometimes I really crave something sweet and this hits the spot! The Cinnamon is a nice touch. Make it as parfaits with the fat free/sugar free or Lite Cool Whip. WOW! Y'all keep up the good work!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was excellent! This was excellent! I made this dessert for girlfriends. I followed the kraft directions, except I used 1 3/4 cup of milk instead of two. I also made chocolate instant pudding. I alternated the two puddings in a pretty clear dessert bowl. I added the whipped topping as per the recipe. They couldn't believe how easy and tasty too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am NOT a coffee fan, but thought that the recipe sounded delicious. I am NOT a coffee fan, but thought that the recipe sounded delicious. I made one variation and that was to use chocolate sugar free jello instead of the vanilla for more of a mocha flavor. YUMMY! I used this as a base for a cream pie with an Oreo crust, and everyone raved. As a diabetic with a sweet tooth, this is wonderful! Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this today. I made this today. It's fantastic. I poured the pudding into parfait glasses and put the cinnamon Cool Whip on top. I think it would be good as a parfait--layering the cinnamon Cool Whip with the pudding. Just would have to wait until the pudding sets up first. Quick, easy, delicious dessert.
