My daughter and I thought this had too much cinnamon, my husband thought not enough but we all loved it. I did make it in the Magic Bullet because Sugar-Free Jello Pudding tends to lump. 30 - 45 seconds in the bullet made it just right.

I have also made it Moca Java by using Chocolate fat free/sugar free pudding and I prefer it with Decaf coffee granuals. My wife loves it and so do I. I am diabetic and sometimes I really crave something sweet and this hits the spot! The Cinnamon is a nice touch. Make it as parfaits with the fat free/sugar free or Lite Cool Whip. WOW! Y'all keep up the good work!

I made this today. It's fantastic. I poured the pudding into parfait glasses and put the cinnamon Cool Whip on top. I think it would be good as a parfait--layering the cinnamon Cool Whip with the pudding. Just would have to wait until the pudding sets up first. Quick, easy, delicious dessert.
