  • Sprinkle gelatine over coffee in small saucepan; let stand 1 min. Cook on low heat 2 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
  • Place yogurt and sugar in blender; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add gelatine mixture; cover. Blend well. Pour into medium bowl. Add 1 cup of the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Spoon into five individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 15 min. Top evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup whipped topping just before serving. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

Special Extra

Garnish each dessert with a cinnamon stick just before serving.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too much of a gel consistency to me. Too much of a gel consistency to me. This recipe did NOT look or taste like Mouse... it should be in the jello gelatin recipes, made in a mold perhaps. Not what I was expecting as a mouse dessert!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mousse sets up too stiffly......also lacks flavor. Mousse sets up too stiffly......also lacks flavor. I remade the recipe using just a little less gelatin and redoubled the coffee strength and it had a better consistancy, but still lacked flavor.
