  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Arrange graham crackers in single layer in prepared pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows.
  • Microwave caramels, butter and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Microwave 1 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla; drizzle over marshmallows. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
  • Bake 15 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into 24 bars; cut each bar diagonally in half.

Stovetop Method

Cook caramels, butter and milk in saucepan on medium-low heat 5 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring frequently. Continue as directed.
