  • Mix bread cubes and cookies in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; set aside.
  • Mix milk, egg product, sugar and vanilla with wire whisk until well blended. Pour evenly over bread mixture; stir gently until bread cubes are evenly moistened. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean. Cool slightly.
  • Serve topped with whipped topping.

Substitute

Substitute frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt for whipped topping.
