Bread cubes and caramel cookie pieces are soaked in custard, baked and served warm with whipped topping for a comfort-food dessert.

What You Need

cups  white bread cubes
1
pkg.  (7-1/2 oz.) SNACKWELL'S Caramel Delights Cookies, quartered
1-3/4
cups  fat-free milk
1
cup  cholesterol-free egg product
1/2
cup  sugar
1
tsp.  vanilla
 Thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping (optional)

Make It

MIX bread cubes and cookies in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; set aside.

MIX milk, egg product, sugar and vanilla with wire whisk until well blended. Pour evenly over bread mixture; stir gently until bread cubes are evenly moistened. Let stand 5 minutes.

BAKE at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean. Cool slightly.

SERVE topped with whipped topping.
