What You Need

Tbsp. butter

medium (2/3 lb.) Granny Smith apples, cored, thinly sliced

Tbsp. brown sugar

1/4

cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped, divided

1/4

tsp. ground cinnamon

flour tortillas (6 inch)

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/4

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

MELT butter in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add apples; cook 5 to 7 min. or until apples are soft and brown. Add brown sugar; cook 2 min. or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; add 3 Tbsp. of the peanuts and the cinnamon. Spoon evenly onto centers of tortillas; sprinkle with cheese. Fold tortillas over to completely enclose filling.

HEAT large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add tortillas, two at a time; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

SERVE topped with whipped topping and remaining 1 Tbsp. peanuts.
