What You Need

Tbsp.  olive oil
1
lb.  Brussels sprouts, halved
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

HEAT oil in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts; cook 5 to 10 min. or until caramelized, stirring frequently.

TOP with 3/4 cup cheese mixture.

BAKE 15 min. or until Brussels sprouts are tender.

How to Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Remove any loose or yellowing leaves from stem of each sprout. Trim and discard ends of stems. Rinse sprouts, then drain. Cook as desired.
