  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • Heat oil in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts; cook 5 to 10 min. or until caramelized, stirring frequently. Top with cheese mixture.
  • Bake 15 min. or until Brussels sprouts are tender.

How to Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Remove any loose or yellowing leaves from stem of each sprout. Trim and discard ends of stems. Rinse sprouts; drain, then use as desired.

    What a fantastic way to use Fresh Take!!! I love this product!!! Because of this recipe, I use Fresh Take on my Lima Beans, Green Beans,zucchini,any veggie! My husband always used the Fresh Take that fell off as he ate the chicken to mix with his veggies! Perfect!!! Thank you so much!!!
