  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add fennel; cover. Cook 5 min.; stir. Cook, uncovered, 20 to 22 min. or until vegetables are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix mayo and mustard in medium bowl; stir in cheese. Add to vegetable mixture; stir. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Mix cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over vegetable mixture.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until vegetable mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.

How to Prepare in Skillet

If skillet is ovenproof, no need to transfer cooked vegetable mixture to pie plate as directed. Top vegetable mixture with cracker crumb mixture, then broil, 4 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until vegetable mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.
