Balsamic vinegar glaze can be purchased at your favorite grocery store. But it's so easy to make your own. Cook 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar with 1 Tbsp. brown sugar in small saucepan on medium heat 12 to 15 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. (Reduction should be the consistency of syrup and coat the back of the spoon.)
The caramelized onions can be made ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 2 days before using as directed.
