My family literally fought over the last piece because they loved it so much! I did use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. I would recommend using 3-4 large sweet onions. Everyone can't wait for me to make this recipe again!
This was an excellent recipe. I omitted the olives because my husband doesn't like them. It was also good reheated during the week. Next time i'll add more onions -- they were sooo good.
