This was a hit with a few changes. I used a ready made graham cracker crust, added 1/2 teaspoon orange extract and 3/4 teaspoon orange zest to jello and cheese mixture in the blender. I garnished with Cool Whip, mandarin orange slices and a bit more orange zest. The changes did up the carb count a bit, but it still worked for my diabetic husband. Thank you Kraft!
