I have made this regularly for the past 2 years..in every flavor possible, and it is always a hit. sometimes I use a chocolate crust and add some fresh fruit into the mix. You can also pour into small cups and freeze for a low carb ice cream treat!
Yuck - my family refused to eat this. Too much like mousse, not cheesecake.
