To prevent chicken from sticking to the grill, spray the unheated grill grate away from the fire with cooking spray or brush with oil.
Season and refrigerate chicken as directed. Place on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 40 to 45 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), turning occasionally.

This isn't even CLOSE to jerk chicken. I don't know what it should be called, but if you want authentic jerk chicken, look on youtube for a Jamaican chef video blogger showing you how to do it. This has almost none of the key ingredients (it doesn't even have allspice, ?!?!?!?!), and what's with the salad dressing mix and soy sauce, KRAFT? *shakes head*
I had to add water to the marinade make it less thick, about 1/3 cup. Then placed the chicken in a ziploc bag with marinade. Worked great!
This recipe was goor, not great but good. Id make it again, but Im still on the search for a great jerk chicken recipe.
