How to Prevent the Chicken from Sticking to the Grill

Spray the unheated grate of the grill, away from the fire, with cooking spray before using to prevent sticking. Or, brush the grill grate with oil.

Substitute 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained, for the fresh pineapple chunks and/or a green pepper for the red bell pepper.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family LOVED this recipe. My family LOVED this recipe. I had to improvise, though, to save a run to the grocery...I used: * Stir Fry sauce instead of Soy Sauce (contains Soy sauce as main ingredient) * tomatoes instead of red pepper chunks * splenda instead of brown sugar * a pepper blend instead of ground red pepper It was still WONDERFUL! My family (including 2 teenage boys) is still raving about it 2 days after the meal!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for dinner and it was AMAZING ! I made this for dinner and it was AMAZING !!! We ate everything. It was truly simple to make. I put all my veggies seperate from the chicken on skewers. To make sure that the chicken was cooked to my taste. I also reserved some of the marinade before I put in the chicken for basting of the veggies and chicken while cooking. KraftFoods....another great recipe...keep them coming!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Wow! Made exactly as directed. No adding things. No omitting things. No substituting things. Makes me crazy when people change the recipe so much that it might as well be a different recipe they're rating. Do yourself a favor. Don't change a thing. Absolutely delicious. Young and old loved it. Our new, favorite go-to chicken recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this for guests several times and was always a hit. Made this for guests several times and was always a hit. Had to print out copies to give out after dinner. This went into my personal cookbook and will be made for years to come. Use ONLY fresh pineapple. Added onions to mine and used red, green and yellow bellpepers for variation of color and taste. This is nothing short of excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I couldn't believe the great taste, when i had my first bite. I couldn't believe the great taste, when i had my first bite. So good! Definitely, a recipe worth trying. I used a little zesty italian dressing instead of the mix and i added a dash of garlic pepper to the marinade. Overall, a good mix of variety on the kabob and it took no time for us to polish these off!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! Awesome!! The reviews don't lie. We made this for a group of friends and they couldn't get enough! We made regular italian shish-kabob along with it because of the picky eaters and no one touched them! I would definitely recommend this recipe. Loved it and can't wait to have it again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My whole family loved this recipe. My whole family loved this recipe. Of course we like food that is on the spicy side, so this was perfect. Making the marinade is the hardest part and it is very easy to make. Less than 10 minutes on the grill and it was done. I will be making this recipe again very soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recipe for some friends at a barbeque. I made this recipe for some friends at a barbeque. My Best friend whom is the most picky eater I know, loved it. I didn't cook all the chicken and veggi's so I used the left overs to make an easy stir fry the next night. Both turned out wonderfully.
