What You Need

Tbsp. oil

lb. pork tenderloin, cut into chunks

carrots, chopped

onion, chopped

cups instant white rice, uncooked

can (14 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained

1-1/2

cups water

green pepper, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

tsp. ground ginger

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min. Add carrots and onions; cook 5 min. or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

STIR in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat.

LET stand 5 min. Fluff with fork before serving.

Used real rice and cooked after boil for 11 minutes. Wonderful blend of flavors.

A favorite in our house! I do add some water chestnuts and some red pepper. Kids Love it and I have one VERY picky eater :)

With three picky boys, including my husband I was worried it would be too bland as others mentioned. It was a hit in my house! I did add salt, chopped jalapeno, and my husbands home made BBQ sauce which is spicy and smoky and it was delicious! My husband requested it to be part of our regular meal plan, which says a lot! Thanks so much.

It was just ok - the rice seemed to overwhelm the dish and the flavors were just ok.
