  • Place first 6 ingredients in blender. Add 1/2 cup onions and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce; blend until smooth. Pour over meat in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat meat. Refrigerate 3 hours to marinate, turning meat occasionally.
  • Heat grill to medium-low heat. Line disposable foil pan with 2 large sheets foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Transfer meat to prepared pan; drizzle with marinade. Bring ends of foil over meat; fold to make packet.
  • Grill 2 hours. Carefully open foil packet; turn meat. Reseal packet. Grill 1 hour or until meat is very tender. Remove meat from grill. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, grill tortillas 1 min. on each side or just until warmed.
  • Shred meat; toss with remaining barbecue sauce. Spoon onto tortillas; top with cilantro and remaining onions.
