They look app-solutely divine on the appetizer table, but these creamy and crunchy carrot pinwheels are a breeze to put together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe twice this week and both times it was a huge hit. I have made this recipe twice this week and both times it was a huge hit. The first was for my two year old son's birthday. The grandparents's, great-grandparents, and kids loved it. I had a candle party and made it again because it was so easy and I was only able to have one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for taking to lunch for school, work or toddlers on the go. Great for taking to lunch for school, work or toddlers on the go. We like to add minced green pepper or celery and also use creamy ceasar dressing in place of the ranch dressing for a change of pace. I also sprinkle shredded cheese, any kind, for additional calcium.

Also there was leftover cream cheese/ranch sauce so I put in small dipping bowl and used for are rolls so good. I would even make the sauce for regular sandwiches instead of mayo.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple and tasty. Simple and tasty. For kid friendly alternatives, instead of onions try adding in some finely chopped sundried tomatoes or some raisens. Adds a nice sweetness. And for dairy free, spread the tortilla with your favorite flavored hummus instead of cream cheese.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delicious! Delicious! And pretty, too. A big hit with the people at work. You could even add chopped olives or other vegetables. I sliced them diagonally before arranging them on a plate. A sesame dressing might be good for dipping. Will definitely make these again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great recipe! Great recipe! I borught to my work for a potluck and it was a big hit! Everyone loved it and a few people asked me for the recipe. Just a note, I found it took longer to make it than the recipe said. I will definitely make this one again! 4 stars!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from These were good but very small. These were good but very small. I was thinking I could make one tortilla worth of these pinwheels for lunch but they were about the diameter of a hot dog. They are very tasty... the next time I made them I just piled tons of stuff in there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made these for my son's birthday party. I made these for my son's birthday party. I doubled the recipe ( I didn't realize how many it would make!) so we had a bunch of leftovers. But they didn't last too long. Everyone really enjoyed them, and they were very simple to make.
