What You Need

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
2
Tbsp. KRAFT FREE Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
2
 flour tortillas (8 inch)
2
 carrots, finely shredded (about 1 cup)
2
 green onions, thinly sliced
 Paprika

Make It

MIX cream cheese and dressing until well blended; spread onto tortillas. Top with vegetables.

ROLL up tortillas tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 30 min.

UNWRAP roll-ups; cut each into 6 pieces. Place on serving plate; sprinkle with paprika.

Shortcut
Look for shredded carrots in the produce section of your supermarket. If the shreds are too large, just chop them before using as directed.
Fun Idea
Let the kids make their own pinwheels! Set out the tortillas along with the cream cheese mixture and bowls of chopped vegetables. And let them go at it!
