I was a little leery about buying the pineapple cream cheese and so I used the honey nut variety which I like for other things. It was ok, but it didn't blend well--I tasted each ingredient individually, the carrots, the raisins, the cheese. When I made it the 2nd time, I wrapped it in foil and set it in the fridge until lunch. I thought the flavors mixed more and gave it a better taste. I like this recipe. Its a quick, healthy pick-me-up, and I would make it again.
