  • Preheat oven to 325ºF. Beat egg whites in large bowl with electric mixer until frothy. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the coconut mixture, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-covered baking sheets.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Immediately remove cookies from baking sheets to wire racks. Cool completely.
