For a special touch, drizzle truffles with melted BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate after rolling in chopped nuts. Refrigerate as directed.
Store chocolate in a cool dry place (below 75°F), but not in the refrigerator. At higher temperatures, chocolate grays in color when the cocoa butter naturally rises to the surface. This color change, however, doesn't affect the chocolate's flavor or quality.

It is quite messy to make, but one that is completely worth it! I made it the first time as treats for some friends. Ever since then, they have continually been requesting them. Though they are bite-sized, they are so rich that you must make it at least 2 bites.
This is one I made without nuts "because a few family members are allergic to nuts" and I added a espresso bean in the middle it was WONDERFUL! Everyone has asked for more to be made. I would have to say on a scale from one to 10 this is off the scale by a 20
These were very very good. I got several compliments on them. However, they are SO messy to make. I put the chocolate mixture in the refrigerator to set, but it still wanted to melt in my hands not to long after I started making the balls. For this reason I will probably not make these again.
