  • Mix dressing, soy sauce and crushed red pepper in large skillet.
  • Add chicken; cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked through. Cool completely.
  • Toss chicken mixture with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.

Substitute

Substitute 2 cups frozen oriental vegetables, thawed, for water chestnuts, pea pods, carrots and bean sprouts.

Take Along

To enjoy this salad on the go, prepare as directed; spoon onto flour tortillas and roll up! Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat. This is also a great idea for other leftover salads.
