Very good indeed. I like salmon,Copper River the most.I used 8 oz package of cream cheese,1/3 cup catilina and heated it over a double boiler.Low heat just until blended. I served this over the fish.It worked well with fresh Halibut.I served wild rice with this and chopped green ontions. Along with swiss chard and crispy bacon bits.
