  • Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in 1/4 cup dressing and chili powder; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
  • Cover platter with lettuce; top with chips, meat mixture and remaining ingredients.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a whole wheat roll or piece of fresh fruit to round out the meal.

Special Extra

For a touch of heat, add a few drops hot sauce to browned meat with the dressing and chili powder. Serve topped with salsa.

    I like most Kraft recipes, but I didn't enjoy this one much. I thought that the catalina dressing was too sweet for the rest of the ingredients. Probably will not make this one again :(
