This is an EXCELLENT breakfast-it's quick. easy and delicious! Plus, you get a double dose of your much-needed calcium by substituting the water with milk instead when making the smoothie, and you simply pour some milk over your cereal, and voila-you've already packed in the required 2/3 amount of daily intake of calcium! Can it get more simple than that? I think not!
