LOVE THIS BREAD!
I was looking for an alternative to bran muffins and this recipe is it! I did incorporate the following substitutions:
Almond milk instead of fat free milk;
Generic bran flakes instead of Raisin bran; and
added 1/4 Cup of Craisins
Wonderful bread. Easy to make and it tasted great.
This is really good! I made it even more healthy by using wheat flour and egg whites.
