These easy no-bake squares of crisp fruit-flavored cereal and melted marshmallows are fun for kids to make and eat.

what you need

1/4
cup  (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1
pkg.  (10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows (about 6 cups)
1
pkg.  (13 oz.) fruit-flavored or cocoa sweetened rice cereal

Make It

MICROWAVE butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.

ADD cereal; mix well. Press firmly into greased foil-lined 13x9-inch pan. Cool.

CUT into 24 squares to serve. Wrap leftover squares tightly. Store in cool dry place.

Prepare as directed, using 1 pkg. (13 oz.) cocoa sweetened rice cereal and melting 2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate along with the butter.
