I substituted Ollaliberries for the blackberries and ran the berries through my Kitchen Aid Fruit and Vegetable Strainer attachment. Excellent.
There were a lot of Blackberries in our area this year. Making the jelly was easy. My friends enjoyed the jelly so much I need to make more for myself.
We had an abundance of wild blacberries around our place this year and this recipe was the easy part. Everyone raved over our jelly. (At least the ones we didn't keep to ourselves).
