To get exact level cup measures of sugar, spoon sugar into dry metal or plastic measuring cup, then level by scraping excess sugar from top of cup with a straight-edged knife.
At altitudes above 1,000 feet, increase processing time as indicated: 1,001 to 3,000 feet-increase processing time by 5 min.; 3,001 to 6,000 feet-increase processing time by 10 min.; 6,001 to 8,000 feet-increase processing time by 15 min.; 8,001 to 10,000 feet-increase processing time by 20 min.

There isn't much that can hurt the flavor of fresh blueberries so I will use this recipe, again. I am not sure, though, if I did something slightly wrong because my jelly has "texture" to it and is not as clear and smooth as my blackberry jelly. The taste is wonderful, though, and my family will love it.
Excellent flavor! To save time in obtaining the blueberry juice, I used my electric Juicer which took no time to extract.
Easy to follow, easy to make jelly. I use the inversion method to simplify the canning. Love the flavor of those Blueberries.
