This makes a beautiful jam. You can find peaches even in the winter to make it.
This is a great recipe. I'm making several types of freezer jam for Christmas gifts. While summer fruits are in season and inexpensive, this is the time to make the jams and freeze them. I'll be ahead in finding the perfect gifts.
this is a great recipe even if the peaches are too ripe for jam like the 1st batch i made--we are using it as a frozen dessert sauce--everyone i have given any of the batches too have loved it--i could not get over how easy it was--i used small plastic freezer containers and it worked just as good as jars--loved it!!!
