This tastes like Apple Pie and is so delicious on Pumpkin Pancakes or Toast, English Muffins; I can go on with it. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it is a little too sweet. But a very tasty jam none-the-less!
I used white raisins and Apple Pie Spice. The result is wonderful! This is very tasty. Isee this as my Christmas Gift to all my friends.
I have made this many times. I've made it with raisins and without. It's yummy both ways! It's really easy if you use a salad shooter to slice the apples. Perfect every time.
