.. The recipe is a good one, the jam turn out great just like I wanted, I had added one small flavor, I sprinkled some cinnamon just a hint not too much, not to take away from the flavor of the nectarines,
I made this recipe last year and it was a little tart. THIS year I cut the lemon juice in half and it turned out wonderfully, not too sweet, not too tart.
