Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is delicious. This is delicious. I only had long grain rice, so I used 1 cup of that, instead of the 2 cups of instant rice. It was wonderful. I thought 1 tablespoon of hot sauce might be too much, but it is perfect! I served this with a Carolina barbecue pork and it was a hit.

I was looking for a way to use left over ham and this was different from the cheese and broccoli selection. It was very good. I will definitely try this recipe again. I also want to try it with chicken or shrimp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious! Delicious! A favorite of mine. Wonderful recipe for leftover ham slices. I added the ham with the tomatoes and liquid and also a can of corn. I've also used the tomatoes with jalapenos for an added kick.
