This is delicious. I only had long grain rice, so I used 1 cup of that, instead of the
2 cups of instant rice. It was wonderful.
I thought 1 tablespoon of hot sauce might be too much, but it is perfect! I served this
with a Carolina barbecue pork and it was a hit.
I added a little more ham and served with warm buttered sourdough bread! My hub likes this one.
Delicious with chicken enchiladas. No leftovers!
