For a more traditional flavor, substitute 2 Tbsp. sweet sherry for the vanilla.
Omit KNOX Gelatine and vanilla. Prepare springform pan with ladyfingers as directed. Place 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin (or your favorite flavor) in large bowl. Bring 1-1/2 cups milk and 1 cup sugar to boil in saucepan, stirring constantly. Pour over gelatin; stir 2 min. or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Refrigerate as directed in second step. Continue as directed.
Metal bowls cool more quickly than glass bowls. If using a glass bowl, it may take longer to get the desired consistency after refrigerating.
