This creamy Chayote coleslaw takes a walk on the hot side with a teaspoon of chopped Scotch bonnet chiles.

What You Need

1/2
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4
cup  cider vinegar
1/2
tsp.  finely chopped Scotch bonnet chiles
1/2
tsp.  salt
1/2
tsp.  black pepper
4
cups  shredded peeled chayotes, squeezed dry
3
 carrots (about 6 oz.), shredded
1/2
cup  chopped green peppers
1/2
cup  chopped onions

Make It

MIX first 5 ingredients in large bowl until well blended.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.
