Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Easy to prepare, but it was disaster. It looked like it was going to be a great recipe,it looked creamy and nice. Then it was time to add the broccoli, and disaster struck. the creamy smooth soup curdled and all I could see were tiny pieces of cheese. I couldn´t bear to taste it, but later I had the courage to do so. It tasted ok , but nothing that I would serve as such or do again. Any suggestions from those that have better results?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband and I really loved this recipe. My husband and I really loved this recipe. I made it to go with pulled-pork sandwiches. We ended up eating every bit of the soup that meal, it was so good. The only thing I did differently was added some shredded cheddar and croutons on top in our bowls.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I thought that this recipe would be richer in flavor then it actually was. I thought that this recipe would be richer in flavor then it actually was. Simple and Quick, but kind of Bland. I felt like it was missing something but i cant figure out what. Maybe topped with a little Bacon would have helped!
