Rated 4 out of 5 by from This works very well on a bed or lettuce. This works very well on a bed or lettuce. I use a very similar recipe. It will serve at least 8 people. I prefer Romaine or baby leaf spinach. If concerned about sodium you can omit the cheese and bacon and substitute shredded carrots. I would most likely leave off the bacon to cut down on some of the salt.
