Use seasonal vegetables as dippers for this fondue. Just brush your favorite vegetables with Italian dressing and grill until tender. Then, cut into bite-size pieces and serve with the fondue.

I make this few times a year. I have added the chili's and left them out. The fondue is better without them. I also don't use the wine and substitute chicken broth instead. I also use what ever cheese I have on hand. For the most part, it always turns out good.
This recipe was terrible!!!! No one liked it! I would NOT recommend this recipe to anyone!
I made this on a camping trip for a large group. I had a smoked cheddar cheese, and we served with grilled veggies, cubed cooked chicken, and pieces of french bread. It was so easy to make, everyone was fooled into thinking it took hours. It was a tremendous hit!! One of those can't stop eating it kind of things. Next time I will particially freeze the cheese before shredding though, because it kept clumping in the shredder.
