I enjoy makeing this recipe
I tried this recipe for a breakfast when the magazine first came out, and my family really enjoyed it. I made it in a skillet as well, and it turned out very good.
I also thought it was nice that it uses ingredients one normally has on hand.
Either way, I will definately make this recipe again! :)
