Bone-in pork chops are seasoned with a cheesy cheddar-jack and bacon breadcrumb mix and then baked until delicious in this quick and easy weeknight dish.

What You Need

1
pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together

 bone-in pork chops (2-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1/3
cup  fresh salsa

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MOISTEN chops with water; place, 1 piece at a time, in FRESH TAKE bag. Lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of chops. (Chops will not be completely coated.)

PLACE chops on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; top with any remaining cheese mixture.

BAKE 24 to 26 min. or until chops are done (150ºF). Remove from oven. Serve with salsa.

Serve with cut-up fresh carrots or a mixed green salad.
Note
Do not cover or turn chops during the baking time.
