What You Need

pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
6
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)

cups  hot prepared macaroni and cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

RESERVE 1/4 cup cheese mixture for later use. Coat chicken with remaining cheese mixture as directed on package. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with any cheese mixture remaining in bag.

BAKE 30 min.

SPOON macaroni and cheese into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved cheese mixture. Add to oven with chicken. Bake 10 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), and macaroni and cheese is heated through.

SERVE chicken with macaroni and cheese.
