Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat cream cheese and garlic powder in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in beer. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Spread onto bottom of 1-1/2 qt. casserole or 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.

Special Equipment Needed

Please use alcohol responsibly.

How to Reheat Any Leftovers

Refrigerate any leftover dip up to 3 days. To reheat, stir up to 2 Tbsp. beer or milk into the leftover dip before microwaving until heated through. Stir before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with assorted hearty crackers, crisp breadsticks and/or cut-up fresh vegetables, such as celery sticks and red pepper strips.

Non-Alcoholic Variation

Substitute milk or non-alcoholic beer for the beer.

While any variety of beer can be used to prepare this dip, an amber or dark beer produces a richer-flavored dip.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and easy! Quick and easy! Very good! Brought this to a get together did have any left. Next time I would add some of the jalapeno seeds to make a little hotter for our taste. Overall great recipe.....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not bad Lacks "something" - maybe salt, but a salty scoop-type corn chip did the trick. The flavors seemed to improve when reheated - would recommend making the day before.
